Former shareholders of Nevada Pacific who have not received a DRS statement from TSX Trust should read the following information.
A large number of shareholders were considered “de minimis” by Gold Basin Resources, meaning that their ultimate holding in the company was too small to register.
These de mininimis shares have been aggregated together and registered to Privateer Marque 1 Ltd, which has taken the responsibility administering these shares.
